· Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through your registered contact information.

2. Delivery Time

· Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
